Back from when I had African Cichlids. This was one of the first ones I bought, but then killed it...NO, it died!!!!! I plan on starting an aquarium again of my favorite fishes--African Cichlids!!!! mmmmmmmmm..yahh!

I was wondering about this - do fish have digestive problems? If their stomach isn't that receptive to say something like Walmart food - would a fish pass gas? Ever seen this happen?
As far as I know..everyone passes gas who can live eat and breathe..so heck why not fishes?? :)
In fact, fish can fart, but in this case, it isn't figured to be from stomach problems. :) It's a super secret fish communication device!

Oh, found another page that shows again that fish don't really fart because the digestive gases of fish are consolidated with their feces and expelled in gelatinous tubes (which fish then eat).
