I'm so Disgusted!

I'm so disgusted at the fact that I cannot figure out a topic for my grant proposal. Whatever I had written before was not good enough and my teacher basically told me to start over! He could have told me that 3 weeks ago, but rather decided to tell me now! Now I am head over heels with so much to do..and literally have no route to turn to figure things out :(
